Anatomy Galaxy: Curatorial Studio Inquiry into Space as Method

Public Research Edition

A thesis that explores how environments participate in the emergence of knowing and develops curatorial studio inquiry as a methodology for investigating epistemic environments with point of departure in a former anatomy wet lab learning environment at the University of Southern Denmark.

The project forms part of my ongoing higher doctorate research programme on environment, mediation and experience, and contributes to the broader development of Ontoepistemic Design—an inquiry into how architecture and design creates conditions for new forms of knowing.

The installation Anatomy Galaxy was presented as a one-day public opening and closing event on 24 June 2026 at the University of Southern Denmark.
